Founded in 2010, our practice specialize in
a wide range of project scales. From the private to the public sectors, from corporates to SMBs.
We are driven by a consistent philosophical approach, rather than a predominant house style. As a result we aim to create specifically detailed buildings that are intimately connected to context and function.
Our work is based upon a solid foundation of design excellence, sustainability, budget and programme control, proficient project management and the achievement of high value and architectural quality.
We believe that high quality design results from the continuity of the design process and intensive dialogue. Dialogue with the client, consultants, contractors and end users. We work closely together to ensure the best results are achieved through a synthesis of concept, beauty and functional integration.

CARL EDMAN
Carl Edman studied at Chalmers University and UNL in London. Alongside of architectural studies he gained working experience at practices in San Francisco, USA and London, UK. After graduating he worked at two Gothenburg based practices before founding Carl Edman Architects in 2010.

MORTEN BURGUET
Morten controls and manages all our in-house construction projects. He covers all aspects from project planning. procurement and site management.
